Impingement Syndrome
If you experience impingement syndrome in your shoulder, the bones and tissue in your upper arm are improperly aligned – narrowing the space between the acromion and the rotator cuff. It is often a precondition for many common shoulder ailments, including bursitis, tendonitis, arthritis, as well as injuries to the rotator cuff tendons.
